Shipping policy

Shipping is charged per weight on the items/products purchased.
_All orders are shipped via registered, insured post
_We look to fulfill and ship all orders within 24 hours or recieving payment
_For Italy orders will usually take 5 day maximum to arrive
_For Europe/America please allow 1 week-10 days for the order to get to you. For all other desitinations a general delivery date will be calculated for the customer at the time of order
_In the case of bespoke or made to order items orders requested via e.mail these are usually fulfilled within 2-4 weeks from the date or order
_We confirm the date of shipping via e.mail to the e.mail address the customer provides when placing their order
_We e.mail a tracking link to all cutomers for their order so that the progress of the shipped order can be followed online
_All orders are shipped with the atmost care and attention taken to avoid damage during transit
