Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. Reasons for return should be notified by e.mail as soon as posssible on p.s.fiorenza@gmail.com. Any damaged products will be exchanged as soon as the original product ordered has been returned by registered post/courier . If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be ably to offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All made to order, custom, bespoke or commissioned products or services cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards 

All made to measure and made to order products are non refundable. When a commission is recieved by P.S.Fiorenza (trading as GODI FIORENZA S.n.c) a custom order contract will be sent to the customer and a non refundable 30% deposit is requested. Made to measure and custom orders are not initiated or confirmed without a signed contract between GODI FIORENZA S.n.c and the customer. Should the customer pull out of the contract the 30% deposit is non refundable. 

Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be exchanged.
Any items that have obviously be worn/stained will not be exchanged
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your returned item has beed received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the item you have ordered will be replaced with a new item, custom made to fufill your order.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exhanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged as often they are end of line/season designed and producted items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at p.s.fiorenza@gmail.com and send your item to: GODI FIORENZA Snc, 4261 S.Marco, P.I 03072380276, 30124 Venice VE, Italy.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you (or the person who purchased the piece for you) will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
